Many valuable audio and video podcasts are available on the internet. However, podcasts are time-consuming, hard to remember, overloaded with information, and do not align with the intended users, who are millennials and Gen-Z.
The main objective of the user is to gain knowledge and remember the key information. AskThePod uses AI to summarize long podcasts, works as a personal podcast memory bank, and gets the answers from the podcast. The goal of this project was to design the AskThePod App by improving the current design and enhancing the overall user experience.

Understanding the Users
What are the users’ needs?
What is it that they are not able to find?
What do they expect to see in a mobile app?
I wrote some basic questions to understand the use. Next, I drew storyboards to go through the user’s pain points and frustrations.
After understanding the users, and their pain points, I did a sketch exploration to understand how the user is going to navigate the information they are looking for.
I did the competitive analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the competitors in the current market. This helped us identify the features that are essential to add value to the app.
I created the user flow diagram to understand what steps the user will take to get things done using the app.
I created low-fidelity mockups to present a clear understanding of the functionality of the app.
After multiple iterations, I created high-fidelity mockups to show the aesthetic details merged with the vital functionality.
